MADFIG AGM
The MADFIG AGM will be held on Tuesday, 10th of October at the Merredin Rec Complex. The agenda for the AGM shall be:-
- Welcome and opening of meeting
- Apologies
- Confirmation of minutes of previous AGM Meeting
- Business arising from minutes
- President’s Report.
- Treasurers Report
- Election of Office Bearers. Nominations will be taken from the floor.
- General business
- Motions – including Membership and Appointment of Auditors if required.
- Closure
To follow from 4-6pm – a presentation on the WaterSmart Dams project by partners UWA: including the latest Dam Technology, Demonstration site and Water Quality Project.
Anyone is welcome to attend the presentation however only Financial Members of MADFIG are eligible to vote at the AGM.
